All Seilara orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from our fulfillment partners in Spain. Shipping origin may vary depending on product availability and destination to ensure the most efficient delivery service.
We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on eligible orders. Expedited delivery options may also be available at checkout, depending on destination.
EU and international are shipped via DHL Express.
Estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
Are duties and taxes included in my order total?
Duties and taxes are determined by your shipping destination. For selected territories — including the European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan — all applicable duties and taxes are included in the listed price.
For destinations where duties and taxes are not included, any applicable charges will be clearly presented at checkout, with the option to prepay in advance for a seamless delivery experience.
We begin processing orders promptly to ensure timely dispatch. For this reason, modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.

Eligible items may be returned within 15 days of the delivery date, provided they are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and protective materials intact.

Seilara bags are handcrafted in Spain in limited quantities by skilled third-generation artisans who preserve traditional leatherworking techniques while applying modern standards of precision and quality.
Made-to-order items are pieces crafted specifically upon request. These styles are produced individually once an order is confirmed, allowing for a more considered production process and reduced excess.
Production timelines for made-to-order items will be indicated at the time of purchase.
LEATHERS
Seilara leather goods are crafted from exceptional materials selected for their beauty and character. To preserve your piece, we recommend:
- Storing the item in its Seilara dust bag when not in use
- Avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, humidity, or heat
- Avoiding contact with water, oils, cosmetics, perfume, or sanitizers
- Protecting the leather from abrasive surfaces
- Cleaning gently with a soft, dry cloth
METAL
Metal hardware can be maintained simply by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth. Natural variations in leather are part of its individuality and should be appreciated as unique characteristics.
When the item is not in use, it should be stored upright inside its protective dust bag, away from sharp or abrasive objects that could mark the surface, and kept out of prolonged exposure to strong light, heat, and humidity.
At Seilara, exceptional quality is at the heart of everything we create, and each piece is carefully crafted to age beautifully and be enjoyed for years to come. If your item ever requires repair, the appropriate next steps depend on where it was purchased.
