Each Seilara order is carefully prepared and custom packaged to ensure your purchase arrives in impeccable condition. Unless otherwise stated, in-stock items are dispatched within three business days of order confirmation.

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic and international orders. For domestic deliveries, an expedited shipping option is also available at an additional charge.

For international orders, duties and taxes vary according to the destination country. For selected territories, including the EU, UK, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan, all applicable duties and taxes are included in the listed price. Where these charges are not included, they will be clearly presented at checkout, with the option to prepay before shipment.

Items marked as “pre-order” will be dispatched within the estimated timeframe noted on the product page. Full payment is taken at the time the order is placed.

Returns

For domestic orders, Seilara.com accepts returns of unused and undamaged items within 15 days of the delivery date. To begin a return, we kindly invite you to visit our dedicated returns portal.

Once the item has been received and approved, a refund equal to the original purchase price will be issued to the original method of payment.

At this time, international orders are not eligible for return.

In the event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact orders@seilara.com within three business days of delivery so that we may assist you promptly.
