Accessing and using www.seilara.com (“the Site”), as well as purchasing any product, implies full acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of Purchase (“Terms”).
These Terms govern all transactions made through Seilara and apply to all users of the Site.
Commercial Policy
Seilara offers its products exclusively to individuals who are at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
By using the Site, you confirm that you do so under your sole responsibility. If you are not a final consumer, we kindly ask that you refrain from making purchases through the Site.
Seilara reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that do not comply with these conditions.
Seilara may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any of its services at any time, while making reasonable efforts to communicate such changes when possible.
All intellectual property rights related to the Site and its content remain the exclusive property of Seilara.
Orders & Contract Formation
Product availability and purchase conditions are presented on the Site.
To place an order, the customer must provide the required information and follow the checkout process. By confirming the order, the customer expressly agrees to these Terms.
An order becomes binding only once payment has been successfully authorized.
Upon completion of the purchase, the customer will receive an email confirmation including order details, pricing, shipping costs, and delivery information. This confirmation does not constitute an invoice.
Seilara reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including, but not limited to:

In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded accordingly.
Pricing & Product Information
All prices are listed in euros and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Seilara reserves the right to update pricing and product availability at any time. Prices applied will be those displayed at the time of order confirmation.
We strive to represent products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur depending on display settings and materials.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of order confirmation.
We accept major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and similar providers). All transactions are processed through secure payment systems.
Order processing will only begin once payment has been successfully received.
A purchase confirmation will be sent by email within 24–48 hours. This document serves as proof of purchase, not as an invoice.
Invoices are issued upon explicit request.
Seilara reserves the right to take legal action in cases of fraudulent payment activity.
Returns & Defects
Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
In the event of a defective or damaged product, customers must contact Seilara within a reasonable period to receive assistance.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including imagery, design, text, branding, and product concepts, is the exclusive property of Seilara.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written authorization.
Limitation of Liability
Seilara does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Site or absence of technical errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seilara shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or products purchased.
